I have a Olympus fe230 digital camera yes its getting old but i have taken some awesome photos with this camera..i believe sometimes the person who is open to spirit also has an advantage sometimes...LOL!! Honestly i need some opinions on a few camera's that are relatively new today and costs around 300-500 dollars...Thanx everyone i could use this info...i get shots in my home where i get images on my walls but they don't show up well when they hit the computer if that makes sense...so dark shooting is a very important feature.

I am a professional photographer by trade, and we are an opinionated bunch...it's hard to get unbiased opinions from us, so keep that in mind. But, for $229 you CAN NOT beat this camera: www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10669033A Lot of great features on that camera and an AMAZING 10X optical Zoom. Awesome little camera, VERY low price. I almost hesitated to post that link because I don't want to advocate buying from Wal Mart...lol...but I wanted you to see a photo of the camera and see how cheap you can get it.

We have a SONY digital camera - dsc h50 - it has great night vision, and also will take bursts of photos quickly with very little delay. When photographing in haunted locations, we like to take multiple photos, since you can catch a spirit in one photo, with none in the 2nd and 3rd....
