Was down there with Nightwatchers on May 30th and caught these evp's: esp1.wav In cell block 4 when Kevin was just starting up the Ovilus. esp4.wav In cell block 2 esp2.wavNow this one was outside near the ball field...there's a small bricked in area...maybe 15x8' area off of cell block 4. There was nothing in there beside us and just after those sounds, there was a fairly large area of static electricity just off to my left.

The first one sounded like the man was talking into an electrolarynx. An electolarynx is a small device that hums. When pressed against the throat it creates vibrations that substitute for the vocal cords. I can tell that it's the man using one because in mid word he goes from speaking in normal voice to using the electrolarynx.
I have no explaination for the second one. I did indeed hear the "No" in response to the question. Skeptics would say that the "No" sounded far away, therefore it simply could have been a person in another room saying "No."
As for the third EVP, to me it sounded like wooden furniture being dragged across a hard smooth floor, like maybe a chair or a table.
I just want to say, my opinions are just that my opinions. I hope no one's feathers get ruffled.

The second one, there were 3 of us hearing noises and asking questions when we got that response. Everyone else was further down the cell block and I'm convinced it wasn't coming from them. The 3rd one is just odd. There wasn't any furniture in there....no one else heard those sounds when we were there at that moment. Some people say it sounds like moaning, others say it sounds like furniture being moved.....I think it sounds like furniture being moved as well.
