This was taken at the "famed" Villisca Axe Murder House... We were awaiting the rest of our party to arrive so we were just sitting out in the back and took a few shots.

The hazing in the first shot is very interesting. It appears to be too far from the camera to be dismissed as someone's breath, although with snow on the ground there is a tiny chance that it might be...I'd think not, tho.
The black mist...~GRIN~ My FIRST thought was, "oh, dear, somebody's taken a pic of their thumb again, and thought it was paranormal." Looked again, and unless that's a REALLY REALLY deformed thumb or finger, it "ain't" that. Nice shots.

LOL! Nope...not my thumb! I try to take series of three pictures in a row and actually this one is the third of a series with the black mist type of thing and with each photo it seems to grow further into the room.
It was freezing down there that night, but as I said, I take three pics in a row and this isn't on the other two at all with the white stuff in the yard.
Yep...every now and then you do catch some strange stuff with a camera, that's for sure!! When we investigate, I generally take a couple hundred photos too, and it's very rare, but it does happen!

One of my most treasured photos is a shot of Panama City Beach, Fl, during a storm. It is FULL of Morbs (moisture orbs, lol). The only thing paranormal about it is that it was taken on a beautiful, bright, clear day. Didn't rain ONCE on that trip. Go figure.

If you have these sets of three photos for each photo you have posted in this thread, could you please post them so we can compare them? If you indeed have more pictures that confirm the blackness moving around in the room it would indeed rule out the thumb theory. Personally I think the white haze is indeed someone's breath. When it's cold outside and you breath out the vapor can indeed linger in the air for a while. That white haze is closer to the camera that what some may realize.

LadyV...Won't say you are wrong. I'm in NC, and you are in PA, and you are BOUND to have more experience with breath mist than I do.
