It's always thrilled me to watch evidence brought to our attention with the flir unit....but....if a red spot or image is seen, shouldn't that mean something "warm" was there instead of a "cool" shadow of a spirit??? Something "red" seen is either a creature under the floorboard or someone has sat or touched the area recently to raise the temperature. Yet I've seen investigators get excited over red spots on the viewer... can you explain?

There are different forms of energy that include kinetic, potential, thermal, gravitational, sound, light, elastic, and electromagnetic energy. Any form of energy can be transformed into another form therefore causing one extreme or the other, a "ghost" can give off a warm heat signature aswell as a cool one.
