Good evening. The photo was taken via screenshot from my webcam when I wrote with a friend. there can be no reflection, it was still visible when I left the room. It looks as though it would take my shawl I have shown many of the photo, but not all have something recognized. I hope you can help me. Is it really a face or just an illusion? please click on the Picture Many thanks from Germany

Very hard to say. The screen capture is severely underexposed. Can you supply a well lit comparison shot of the same area with the same background items in place for reference?

Now, i have a Friend, who got some IT Equipment which is good enough to make the Picture in a better way to view. At this weekend he will look to take some time, so that you got a better Picture Quality, which i can send you back.
Greetings Jessi

Yes, the light correction really brings that out.

I would say that is not matrixing, in the mean time i have read the article from this website, and i furthermore believe it was something different, than what you say to this picture. Because, a friend of me, saw at the sime time bevor i have talked to him, also a Face in the Background!
Thanks and greetings Jessi :-)

Honestly, it looks to me like a low res camera picked up lighting and shadow just right to form what looks like a face.....
......It's rather common....

Discussion of matrixing faces in this picture is mute because there is no way to review the environment (Mirrors, window lighting, ambiant lighting), Camera technology(resolution, Smeared lenses, Camera settings...ETC) or anything else for that matter. No way to try to duplicate the photo. I could take any investigation photograph with an anomily and post it with no further explaination and get a large number of Interpretations and chose the one I wanted to hear. I still would have no usefull evidence in my opinion. In no way should anybody feel confident enough to draw a conclusion about this photograph due to lack of information.
